Lead by Head Village of Kampung Payang, Braang Tribe has recognized and marked places of important.

Climbed Mount Rambus, and entered Cave Rambus, which is also a tunnel thorough Mount Rambus.

We finally reached Cave Semedang, entered and came out from Cave Rambus.

Into the wood, we ventured further up. From here onward, it was climbing up.

There were small pinacles, erected limestone rock. Stepping from sharp stone to another was quite challenging. The Braang Tribe called this place Batu Berketis, which means Narrow Stones. Its one of many marks of Braang Legendary Trail .

Along it, there is an old Strangler Tree. It was so old, that the Tribe believes old spirit is residing in it. It looked as if the tree is using a “Tongkat”.

We finally reach the top of Buk Sebangan, where Buk Benang, Braang Tribe legendary stone was located.

Signs and relic of rituals are still seen within its vicinity.

A minority of Bidayuh still practicising Animist while most of the Tribe has embraced Christianity. After saying our thanks to Buk Benang and our ancestor, we proceed downhill.
